Franky has spent more than 25 years working in tile. He founded Off The Wall to help homeowners turn their ideas into showers, bathrooms, backsplashes, and floors that feel right for the way they live.
From the first conversation to the finishing touches, Franky pays close attention to the layout, tile lines, edges, and details that bring a room together. He works with homeowners and builders throughout North Florida from his home base in Branford.
Outside of work, Franky is a family man, married and proud to be the dad of two beautiful girls.

Choosing tile can feel overwhelming when you’re looking at hundreds of options. At Off The Wall Backsplashes & Bathrooms, we’re building a mobile design studio that will bring samples to your doorstep.
You’ll be able to see finishes in your own space, compare them with Franky, and choose what fits your vision with more confidence and less stress.

A master bathroom with room to breathe.
The Bass family wanted a bathroom that felt open, functional, and distinctly modern. We transformed the dated layout with a completely new floor plan, creating more room to move and bringing the shower, vanity, and finishes into one cohesive space.

A more open floor plan gives the family room to move, while marble-look tile, black accents, and a warm wood vanity give the new bathroom a clean, finished feel.

A shower rebuilt to work beautifully.
Shawna’s bathroom had recently been remodeled by another company. She loved the tile, but water collected in the shower niche, on the bench, and across the shower floor. Some tile edge trim sat higher than the tile, while other areas had no trim. The knee walls had also been built in a way that prevented a glass shower door from being installed.

Thoughtful details, rebuilt from the joists up.
Franky and Shawn rebuilt the shower down to the joists and addressed those issues. They moved the bench away from the entrance and tucked the niche into a knee wall. Shawna chose polished tile for easier maintenance and a brown hexagon mosaic floor to complement the flooring throughout her home.

Once you approve the plan, a deposit reserves your place on the schedule and allows materials to be ordered.

Franky and his team complete the work with attention to the details. Franky communicates with you daily about progress and any decisions that come up, then walks through the finished space with you.

What areas do you serve?
Off The Wall is based in Branford and serves Lake City, High Springs, Gainesville, and surrounding North Florida communities.
Do you take on smaller tile jobs as well as full remodels?
Yes. We work on full bathroom renovations, custom showers, kitchen backsplashes, tile floors, and LVP flooring.
Do I need to have every tile and finish picked out before contacting you?
No. A clear vision helps, but you don’t need every selection made. Share your ideas and inspiration photos with Franky. For some projects, we can visit tile showrooms together to compare options in person. We’re also building a mobile showroom that will bring samples to your doorstep when it’s ready.
How far ahead should I reach out?
As early as you can. Availability changes as projects are booked, and Franky will discuss the current schedule with you during your consultation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit reserves your place on the schedule and allows materials to be ordered.
